1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Trueedge Rendering Pty Ltd (ABN 99 696 551 265, ACN 696 551 265) ("we", "our", "us") at trueedgerenderingpty.space, or by engaging our rendering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Trueedge Rendering Pty Ltd provides rendering and plastering services including but not limited to:

• Cement rendering
• Acrylic rendering
• Texture coating
• Foam (EPS) rendering
• Render repairs and restoration

All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the project requirements. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Trueedge Rendering are:

• Free of charge and provided without obligation
• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Based on the information and site conditions available at the time of assessment
• Exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated as GST-inclusive

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs materially from the original assessment, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any variations will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on outstanding balances. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not received in accordance with agreed terms.

5. Workmanship and Warranty

We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our rendering services. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal conditions and does not cover damage resulting from structural movement, impact, unauthorised modifications, or failure to maintain the rendered surface as advised.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and project requirements
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site
• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals before work commences
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues during the project

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has commenced may incur charges for materials used and labour already performed. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueedge Rendering Pty Ltd's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms
